Banana Smoothie

Prep time: 3 minutes Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 tbsp. nut butter
  • 3 tbsp. porridge oats
  • 2 tbsp. natural probiotic yoghurt (Vegan option: Dairy free alternative e.g. soya yoghurt, coconut yoghurt etc)
  • 200 ml milk ( Vegan option: Dairy free alternative e.g. oat milk, almond milk etc)

Method:  

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I use a nutri–ninja.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve or pour into a BPA free travel cup and take on the world.
