
Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 red or green eating apples, cored and roughly chopped
- 4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 punnet strawberries, roughly chopped
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 medium sized melon, peeled and roughly chopped.
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method:
- Combine all the prepared fruit in a large serving bowl. Squeeze over the lemon juice and mix well to combine.
- Enjoy.
