
Hummus

Makes: 4 big portions
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 4 large garlic cloves, finely grated
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp good quality extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tsp tahini
- 1-2 tsp Tabasco
- Salt and pepper to season
Method:
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until you have a smooth consistency.
- Scrape the hummus into an airtight container and keep in the fridge.
- Eat with chopped up carrot sticks.
