Magic Mocha Balls

These are great energy balls. They are really filling and have a kick of coffee to get you going. These work a treat if you are under pressure in the morning for brekkie and are also super before a workout.

Serves: 12 - 16 depending in size

Prep Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

  • 200 g porridge oats
  • 120 g sunflower seeds
  • 16 medjool dates, stones removed
  • 50 mills coffee
  • 80 mills hot water
  • 5 tbsp. cocoa powder, (2 to add & 2 to roll)

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until they are combined as a paste.
  2. Remove and shape into balls using the palms of your hands.
  3. Roll each ball in a dusting of cocoa powder.
  4. Enjoy with a cuppa.
