
Magic Mocha Balls
Feb 04, 2025These are great energy balls. They are really filling and have a kick of coffee to get you going. These work a treat if you are under pressure in the morning for brekkie and are also super before a workout.
Serves: 12 - 16 depending in size
Prep Time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
- 200 g porridge oats
- 120 g sunflower seeds
- 16 medjool dates, stones removed
- 50 mills coffee
- 80 mills hot water
- 5 tbsp. cocoa powder, (2 to add & 2 to roll)
Method:
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until they are combined as a paste.
- Remove and shape into balls using the palms of your hands.
- Roll each ball in a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Enjoy with a cuppa.
