Natural Yoghurt

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. mixed seeds
  • A handful of fruit, I used chopped apple and berries.
  • 125g natural yogurt

Method:  

  1. Layer up the fruit and yoghurt into a pot or bowl.
  2. Top with the seeds and enjoy immediately or cover tightly with a lid and refrigerate for later.
