
Pitta Chips

Ingredients:
- 2 wholemeal pitta breads
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- topping of your choice: chilli flakes, minced garlic, dried herbs or grated Parmesan
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4.
- Line a large baking tin with parchment paper.
- Use a sharp knife to split the pittas in half and cut them into triangles about the size of a tortilla chip.
- Place the triangles on the prepared tin. Drizzle with olive oil, season and sprinkle over your chosen topping.
- Bake the chips for 12–15 minutes, turning once.
- Arrange the Pitta Chips on a serving platter alongside some dips or pesto.
