  • It can be used as a side for chicken/fish. It is great for when you are in a hurry and can be used with vegetables as well.
  • I always have yoghurt in the fridge and it is so easy and quick to make. It is creamy, low in calories and a couple of tablespoons will totally jazz up your dinner.
  • Feel free to change up the herbs and you can use this as a base for a range of dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cucumber, seeds removed and chopped into small pieces.
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 clove garlic, mince

Method:  

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
