
Very Berry Smoothie
Feb 04, 2025This is a great smoothie to have in the morning or after a workout. If you are having this for breakfast throw in a scoop of protein powder to make it more substantial.

Ingredients:
- 300ml apple juice (not from concentrate)
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 100g mixed (fresh or frozen) berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- (If needed, add Protein to make it more substantial)
Method:
- Pour the apple juice into a blender and add the banana, berries and chia seeds.
- Blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve without delay.
